The Virus and It's Cure

Allow you incredulity to fall from your consciousness like a hunting companion of Dick Cheny, for I am here to tell you that this is not a staged photo. Indeed, the Old Junky and Webster cohabitated for many moons without my ever having caught to irony of it. No, that's not right, Irony is in my veins and would have never have allowed me to miss it, if it had not done so itself. As  I walked into my room one evening I turned on my overhead--a rare occurrence--so as to locate a book on one of the cases, which slide behind the backboard. The first thing I saw was this arrangement of affairs: much to the chagrin of Webster, I'm sure.  Yet, I did not gain the full measure of the hilarity of the situation, for Irony and I had to have a talk: arguing who's responsibility it was to have noticed the brilliant perversion, first. Finally, Paradox walked in and just stared at us both, with that Alpha and Omega smile. Hell, at least he didn't quote something from Freud's Jokes and the Unconscious.
